1. The service

Topperly is a CBSE Class 12 exam-practice app: a bank of past board questions, AI-assisted grading of your answers, and study tools. By using Topperly you agree to these terms.

2. Beta & no guarantee of accuracy

Topperly is in beta. AI grading produces a practice estimate and may be wrong; it is not an official CBSE result and does not predict your board marks. Always check your work against the official marking scheme. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of an AI grade.

3. Eligibility & minors

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent to your use of grading features (see our Privacy Policy).

4. Acceptable use

Use Topperly for your own study. Don't abuse, attack, scrape, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing on the service.

5. Coins, plans & payments

Some features use "coins" or paid plans. Prices and inclusions are shown in-app and may change. Paid grants are applied only after a payment is confirmed by the payment processor.
